Multiple Chat Sessions

Every operator can handle several chat session at once. Every session is available in a separate tab in the operator console.

Proactive Chats

With proactive chats you can attract more attention of your visitor to the site and you have more opportiunities for communitcating with the visitor.

If you feel that visitor needs assistance (stuck on signup form, for example) you can invite him to chat with you and answer his questions during the chat session.

In IntelliLiveHelp inviting a visitor is as easy as selecting this visitor in the operator console and then clicking "Invite" button.

After you invite the visitor, an invitation dialog box will appear on visitor's screen. You can customize the look and feel of this invitation popup.

Operator to Operator Chat

Your operators can talk not only to your site visitors, but to each other as well. This feature comes in handy if your operators are separated distantly.

Typing Notification

As operator you can see when the visitor you are chatting with is typing. And vice versa, the visitor will also see when you type.

Multilingual Support

IntelliLiveHelp service is built around utf-8 which is the de-facto standard for representing international characters on the web. It means that you can conduct chat sessions in virtually any language.

Spell Checker

Although operator console is web-based for now, there are spell checking tools available for the majority of popular browsers.

Sound Alerts

Every time a visitor requests a chat or sends you a new message you get a sound notification. So, you don't have to stare at your screen all the time.
