We actively use this service for our own projects. Thousands visitors every day and IntelliLiveHelp service is pretty stable. We offer support for all our scripts and services and use ticket system to track problems. So I will explain what problem we had here before:
for say we have three sites:
1.
Directory Script, Free Directory Software :: eSyndiCat Directory Software
2.
Subrion Open Source Content Management System :: Subrion Site Management Software
3.
Affiliate Management Software :: eLitius Affiliate Management Software
We use live help on all these sites and I configured my intellilivehelp account to display contact form when I do not have online operators. All the contact requests were sent to one email and they all had one title. It was quite hard to detect what software people asked about. We understand there is a necessity to define what site a custom request has been sent from. So accounts could manage their domains in account area and configure their sites in different and don't use the same configuration for all the sites.
We have implemented this system for our account and now it's being tested by our operators and we hope we can make it soon for all our members.
