My canned messages do not work nor smilies, the live chat button hardly ever displays on the web pages and if my customer tries to send a message when I'm off line no message is ever received, tied contacting support no reply in more than a week, begining to wonder if this version is harming my site.

If you are having these issues, there must be someting wrong with your set up. I have been using it for several months now and everything works just fine. I suggest you set up a test page and get it working there first before putting it on your live site.

I found out that the canned messages and smilies are only available on the browser version, not the Air version, so I've gone back to using the browser version.

(Vasily - can you put the canned messages in the Air version? Thanks.)

Hi

Well, I will try to check why you don't have these functions in the Adobe Air version. Actually they should be there as they are just some sort of mini browsers. They should use the same functionality

Anyway, I will check that asap and release the new version.

Hi I have been using the system for about 5 weeks, then when the messages said about canned messages being available I set up a few, the drop down menu appears but I am unable to select anything from it and the same goes for the smileys. Loads of time and effort wasted.

The live chat buttons do not always appear on the web pages and if I'm off line and the visitor leaves a message that never arrives. no reply from support and no help here either! despite a autoresponder email saying they would get back to me.

Will spend the day removing it from my sites tomorrow and finding a better service, by that I mean one that does what it says on the tin, and does not leave you more worried about the system than you would be if you did not have one. I shudder to think how many customers I have lost because of this system; that promises everything but delivers nothing!

I cant help but notice that even the site that supplies it does not have it installed.

Ok Good luck in finding something better...

I can say the following.. We have several HIGH traffic sites with more than 30 K unique visitors and we use this service for them.. No problems at all. No problems with canned messages or smilies. Anyway, it's a free service and it's you who decides whether to use it or not.

This service is great this is why i started to program doors for this service keep it up and i think he is just been moody i seen many sites use this setup
with no problems at a..
