"Chat Window Closed" message won't go away

Not sure if this is a bug or something just not considered...

After inviting a visitor to chat, if the request is refused and the chat window closes, the status remains as "Chat Window Closed" and no other action can be initiated for that visitor.

Well, we planned this as a feature. Only one attempt is allowed to engage visitors. If they refuse - there is no need to contact them several times - they will think it's kinda of spam or anything like that. If they need help they will simply click a chat button and it's a task of website owner to make it available on all "problem" pages
