Default Unable to log on
Hi,

I've set up an account for a client of mine (NSR Management) and although they are able to log into the main administratative account, they are unable to log on to either of their operator accounts.

Their account id is 1448 and their main account is nsrmanagement

Please can you look into this?

Default Cant Log In Either
Same scenario, can log into admin but not the chat client. Username is sbeedy account ID is 1533
I even changed the password.

just created an account for my site and I get the same brick wall.
A few days later than you guys, pity they haven't fixed it. Is this an indication of the service expected? Not holding my breath

Since they changed server, this problem happens all the time. I work around it by insisting. After 5-7 trials, it usually lets me login. You can try pressing F5, rewrite the password etc.

About the only thing that works here is this forum. Never mind the firefox supposed fix, i've just had a crack at 10 attepts. 5 in IE. What a joke this is. Though not surprising as its free .....

same issue here, wish I'd looked in this forum before before I bothered signing up. Was going to get the article manager they advertise on this site as well, don't think that'll be happening now!

Same but off to look around again to see what I can find.

I have joined to this program after I could not login as an operator. Please give me instructions to what to do.
