Ok, thanks for your suggestion. Currently I'm working on the separate operator console interface and I will include that feature also

Hey all i didnt realise you'd been working on this. Was waiting for this for some months now.

It's a step in the right direction, but i think still has several things that need to be added, to give it the real fuctionality it needs to be useful...

1. Remember log in details. If I'm the sole user of my PC, then having the app' remember my login details would be REALLY useful to avoid unecessarily typing in all my info everytime I want to login.

2. Auto login. Just like Windows Live Messenger, Skype etc, I'd love my Intellilivehelp to not only remember my login details, but also, to log me in whenever it see's me connected to the internet. Basically, if i'm sat at my PC and i'm logged in, then I wanna be able to provide live support. Occasionally, if I forget to manually log into Intellilive while i've been sat working on my PC, I kick myself because I might have lost a customer by them seeing the "live help not available" on my website!! I think auto-login would be great therefore.

3. System tray. Having app's that you want to run permanently, like Windows Live Messneger, Outlook, Skype etc, should in my opinion always be minimised to the system tray. This way they keep your windows application bar clean.

4. Visual alert when minimised. When the app is minimised, I think there should be a small pop up in just above the system tray, which tells you that someone is calling for live help. Otherwise, if you're working on another application on your PC, and your Operator Control is in the background, you'd never know that someone was calling for live help unless you had the sound turned on! Again, this feature is well implemented with the likes of Live Messenger, Outlooks, Skype etc.

So I think it's a move in the right direction to see Intellilivehelp now inside an App, but, really, it's not added much for the Operator in practical terms. Just saved having type in the URL before loggin in really.

Fingers crossed for more features soon

Hi all
Jon, I have some good news for you I have implemented Remember Me functionality and Systray functionality in the live help operator console.

Now our operators are testing it. I hope I can release it to the public in few hours.

Thanks for your patience.

Hey Vasily, thanks for providing the added features. I've tried it out and am pleased to report that the icon works, the remember me function works (great!), but, I cannot minimuse to system tray. If I click minimuse the window just minimses to my task bar... if I click the "x" close window, it closes the full application (including the blue speach icon in the system tray). So I'm assuming this feature isn't working properly yet? i'm using Vista Business by the way?! Thanks jon

Very strange. I use Vista also and it works for me.

When you close a window it should ask you whether to close window or minimize it to tray. Please check this. It possible you use a bit outdated version. Please check 1.0.01 software. Should we minimize it to tray when you also click minimize icon? If so I will do that feature

Hmm.. I'm using Windows XP Professional and it's not working of me either. It doesn't minimize to system tray, it stays in the taskbar.

Vasily, I only downloaded the 1.0.01 version yesterday, so I think it's the most current. I uninstalled the old version first, then installed this one. Everything works, except the minimise/close to system-tray. If I minimise it just goes to the task bar, if I close, it closes the whole app' without any questions about asking me if I want to keep the app' running in system tray. Suspect there's a problem somewhere with it therefore?
