I tried it without being logged in and it works. But as soon as I log in, it doesnt work.

I personally think that it's best to have it minimise to system tray regardless of whether you click close or minimise. So, clicking close would bring up the alert "to you wish to close or minimise to system tray?" Clicking the minimise button, would just minimise to system tray without an alert at all.

One feature I think would useful is that when you get the alert to "minimise to system tray" after clicking on close, then there should be a check-box, which basically says something like "Don't ask me this again". Checking the box would mean that each time you have the app maximised and click close, it just goes to the system tray without the prompt. That is until you actually click on EXIT from the right-mouse system tray option. Then next time you load Intelllivehelp, you get the alert option back...

On a side note: I am not sure how Intellilive communicates with the servers, but, I've noticed a few times, when I think I'm "logged in", I happen to go to my own website and see my "Help is Offline" icon! Surprised I check, and my application says I'm logged in. To cure the problem I have to click the "logout" button, then log back in.

I've done some testing here and it appears to be if my laptop looses it's connectection to the internet for a short while (few seconds) if my router has to reload, or, if I loose wireless signal, or if I put my laptop into standby and then wake it back up again whilst Intelilivehelp was running.

This is confusing, because it appears that you're logged in, but you're not!

Could there be a check within the application when it's running in the system tray, so that the application makes sure it's logged in ok every minute or so? If it's not, then it brings up the login window and maximises the app' to allow you to log back in? Or, even better, if you have ticked a checkbox upon login like "Auto log me in", then when it checks to see if it's logged in and it's not, it just logs you in automatically without a problem. Only if after a few attempts it cannot log in does it tell you there's a problem.

This would make my life much easier, and maximise the amount of time my "online" icon displays on my website for maximum benefit.

Thanks,

Hi and Greeting,

Thank you for allowing to test your product.

M running vista, the console is working fine.

1) However, the GEO location does not seems right. I am sitting in Singapore but it actually show Canada.

2) Browser detection also not accurate.

3) I am using chrome. seems fine so far. But when the operator send message, there is no notification buzz at the visitor end.

4) Invite buttons and many other features are not there. Do i need to pay or is this for a free trial. If its a pay service, then what are the pricing.

Kindly enlighten the above. Thanks.
That's the report for now.
