I'm happy to announce we made some improvements in our desktop console. Not so many features added yet, though some of them can be useful for you. So what we have added in our Live Help Operator Console.

NEW FEATURES in 1.0.01

1. Remember Me functionality
Now if you are the sole user of your computer you can save your operator credentials. They are stored securely.

2. Minimize to tray
You can minimize your application to Windows System tray.

3. Application Icon

Next things are - settings for auto connect + auto run at system start. I hope you like the improvements

UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS:
Uninstall your previous version of console and Install the new one. That's all.

I love you guys!!! Products such as these really help small time business owners who are just starting up to implement effective customer service. I'm a programmer and while something like this is possible to create, it would be too time consuming and difficult, you guys have saved me a bunch of time. There are those other scripts out there who just try to market something this for big bucks, but you guys have truly done everyone a favor by providing this service for free. if you guys need any help feel free to hollar and i'll try to help out

i hate to double post but just a quick note, i installed the app and it worked fine. then adobe wanted to update air so i said sure, now i cant close the app by clicking close or exit and i'm forced to use the task manager. any insight on this bug?

i cant close to tray either, i've let other ppl with the same problems. i believe it has something to do with the latest adobe air update. This is really really annoying me! help would be appreciated!!

I have ben having the same problem after the adobe air update . the operator console does not close down and have to use task manager to shut it.

I,ve downloaded the .rar file but Im completely lost on what to do next.

I've downloaded the file to my mac, which has then proceeded to unzip it for me.

But I cannot install it. It becomes a folder, which the AIR installer cannot handle. Am I doing something wrong?
