please screen shot this as i never even heard of this menu sorry but i think these error as nothing to do with the app but i need more detils thanks.

this is not something I can realy screen shot. All that happens is when i click on the "messages" menu, the application window refreshes and the loading graphic (from the initial load) displays. In other words, it reloads the entire app.

when its not ment to be but there is no code to do what you said so its strange .... lol

Ok i see the new option and i see no problem at al i have tested it and no refirsh at all it copies in my message just like it would a smiley and lets me send it ... i need see with priblem u will be able to screen shot a refresh as
there is no way it does it that fast as far as i under stand it its JS that contrals these commands there for the browser is not getting a refresh command.

Oh, I can probably provide a screen shot of the refreshing screen. But unless i send you a video of this happening (which I can't), the image of a loading screen doesn't seem to be helpful in any regard...?

Hey JBD i have tested this new function and it does not do what you have said please unistall it and redownload it and reinstall it if it still happens login
to the online version and see if that happens still if it does means something is up with your IE settings as my app is govened by the same setting i have
tested this one many computers and i just can't find this bug your having.



I need more help to understand whats going on as like i have said i have tested it and it works fine

Also make sure you don't login via the desktop version and the web version this might be a problem.

I downloaded Doors and Windows cannot open the file. It says it is corrupt.

Please download it again maybe with firefox or don't try viewing many websites at once as the file on the server is fine but any more problems
after redownloading it please cotnact me and i will provid a mirror for
people that having a problem with this host but seems to be ok for me
