Thumbs up Thanks

Hi Rexzooly
Really nice piece of work you have done here . thanks . it works great for me . i feel it is faster than the operator console . i would like to suggest some features if possible .
1. A pop up menu( only when logged in ) when closing asking whether you really want to close yes or no . sometimes by mistake it might get closed .
2. if the client is closed while logged in then it should automatically logoff the operator and then close .
3. i have had problems with the adobe air operator console that it gives Me no indication of visitor on the website . so if you can add a visual and audio ndication that a visitor is online . Also an option to turn off the feature .
4. if in some way You can add the feature to provide more details about the visitor location by Reverse IP look up or perhaps a small Map indicating the location or someting like that .
5. Auto logoff feature . if i get disconnected from internet during a session then the client should autologoff from the services and autologin when connected back .

you are doing a wonderful job mate

Ok i will disbale to option to close the program how your loged in and had a farce close options if the app working online, adding new funtions like that would be impossable my end as the desktop app is 100% the same session
the the online version there one and the same this is why you see the login
page when clicking logo before it takes you back to the main page of the app.
been able to get the detials for ip look up would mean i would need access
to the main source of the live help and and anker codes for my program to read the IP's and this would be slow.

If Live Help can add a code that first looks on the loacal PC @ lets say
Windows Drive (C) or that eva and a folder called Addons i would be able
to progam the options to have changeable soulds code would be something
like if file bla bla = false then play server file else play local but i am but
sure how JS works, reason Doors Live Help works better then the Air
one is that its using the server side files only to get access where the air first users local files to all the server files to login then the JS dose something to let it login where my version logs in via the session making it
faster but also means logout as to be govened by the session or the server will keep you loged in until it times you own.
Also i am going to look in to a idel mode where if you leave the app it will refresh every 5 mins so you dont drop the the link from server.

thanks for all the ideas

Rex

Also i like to thank Live Help to letting me set my project public.

K. Got it to install.

When I click on the canned messages menu, the application refreshes, making the menu unusable.
