Default i cant login as operator
i cant login as operator. site said me "Please enter valid username." ı have 2 operators. i use both but sit said same thing. "Please enter valid username."
how can i do?

fixed problem. resource of problem letter "E" on my keyboard. My E letter dont work on my keyboard so i cant write my pass as true

Now I am trying to enter in my operator and appear the following message:

Sorry, no room for you. This is due to one of the following reasons:

* Your trial period has expired
* Your subscription has expired
* Your current subscription does not allow one more online operator

I have the same problem.

Sorry, no room for you. This is due to one of the following reasons:

Seems to me the software is not working any more.

Default Me too - can't login
I've been trying to login with no success. Doesn't like my password ... so I've changed that a couple of time - infact I seem to have two passwords currently - but still doesn't like either ... or ...I get the message "IntelliLiveHelp server encountered some unknown error. Please try again. If the problem persists please contact the administrator."
I left a message for support 3-4 day ago but have heard nothing.
Is it because I'm in Australia???

Can't log in either - consitently receive this error:

IntelliLiveHelp server encountered some unknown error. Please try again. If the problem persists please contact the administrator.

Any advice??
